Who wants to lose weight?
I lived in Orlando Florida for 14 years. During this time I had the
priviledge to meet several well known athletes. One played basketball, one was on a reality competition strength agility show
and another played baseball. Im not using their names since I dont have their permission however they all did use a method
of changing the way their bodies assimilated food and work more productively so they could shed those pounds they had gained
during the off-season. I have used this myself and I encourage you to try this along with excercise and drinking plenty of
water.
Its pretty simple really. Do not combine your carbs with your proteins
at any single meal or sitting. Eat the salad, veggies(cooked the waterless way!) with rice, pasta, or potato. Or eat
your meats: chicken, beef, pork, (cooked the greaseless way) and seafood with only the salads, veggies or both. In addition;
eat smaller meals and move more. This is called portion control and more productive movement of our physical bodies.
Just add a good fairly high paced walk/a low impact aerobics or weight training CD at the beginning or end of the
day. I know; everyone is very busy. Im NOT talking hours or even an hour long; but 15-30 min. Yes a change in life style
and out of the routine that you're used too. But at least give it a good solid honest try.
I am healthier by doing this and I want you to be as well. So please stretch yourself a little. I am open to any
and all questions. Many answers to the commonly asked questions can be found in the information given on the pages of this
