As we grow older, we not only learn to appreciate more fully the tremendous value of good nutrition but
we want it both fast and easy! After years of using run of the mill cookware, I simply lost my desire to cook along
with, who knows, all the nutrients I dumped down the drain! At a home and garden show, I discovered quality stainless
cookware and the rest is history. I'm back in the kitchen cooking like a pro and loving it! Eating at home
has become a highlight again but with a bonus of good nutrition. My only regret is that I didn't find out about
these pots and pans years ago! Borrowing an old expression, my advice to all, both young and young at heart, is don't
hesitate to "put your money where your mouth is" and good eating to good health will follow!
